Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cup whole milk
• 1 1/4 cup sugar
• 3 cups heavy cream
• 2 tsp Xantham gum
• 2 tsp vanilla powder

Directions

1. Combine milk and sugar in mixing bowl
2. Stir in heavy cream and Xantham gum
3. Pour mixture into ice cream mixer
4. Sprinkle vanilla powder in once it is started. Should be ready in 25 minutes.
