Ingredients

• 3 Tbsp olive oil
• 1 Tbsp finely chopped parsley
• 1 Tbsp finely chopped onion
• 1 clove garlic, crushed
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 16-oz can stewed tomatoes
• 2 8-oz cans tomato sauce

Directions

1. Slowly heat olive oil in large skillet.
2. Over medium heat, sauté parsley, onion, garlic, until onion is translucent.
3. Add tomatoes and tomato sauce.
4. Over medium heat bring to boil, stirring frequently.
