Directions
- Combine flour, salt and sugar
- Add egg, sour cream, vanilla, and lemon rind. Blend well.
- Pour into pie shell. Add blueberries.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue baking for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle topping mixture over top of pie. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
