Sour Cream Blueberry Pie

Directions

  1. Combine flour, salt and sugar
  2. Add egg, sour cream, vanilla, and lemon rind. Blend well.
  3. Pour into pie shell. Add blueberries.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue baking for 30 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle topping mixture over top of pie. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
