- Boil potatoes in salt water until tender - don't overcook,
- Drain potatoes and return to pot.
- Mix potatoes, cream cheese until lumpy. Add milk and sour cream.
- Transfer to a greased 9x13 pan baking dish. Cool completely.
- Refrigerate. Bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes.
