Make Ahead Potatoes

Ingredients

• 5 pounds potatoes
• 8 ounces cream cheese, cut into chunks, at room temperature
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup milk, heated
• Salt, pepper to taste

Directions

1. Boil potatoes in salt water until tender - don't overcook,
2. Drain potatoes and return to pot.
3. Mix potatoes, cream cheese until lumpy. Add milk and sour cream.
4. Transfer to a greased 9x13 pan baking dish. Cool completely.
5. Refrigerate. Bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes.
