Directions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and stir fry chicken/ham/shrimp. Set aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil, add onion and stir fry for a few seconds. Add the rice and stir fry for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Season with soy sauce.
- Mix in cooked meat and egg.
- Garnish with green onions.
- Can add bean sprouts, carrots, and mushrooms.
