Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and stir fry chicken/ham/shrimp. Set aside.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil, add onion and stir fry for a few seconds. Add the rice and stir fry for 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Season with soy sauce.
  4. Mix in cooked meat and egg.
  5. Garnish with green onions.
  6. Can add bean sprouts, carrots, and mushrooms.
