Comments: 1) Don't leave out the dry mustard. 2) Don't double recipe. Bake in two pans instead. 3) Use whole milk for a richer taste.

Directions

  1. Fry sausage until browned. Drain grease.
  2. Cut bread into 1" cubes. Put in a 9x12 pan.
  3. Cover the bread with sausage and cheese.
  4. Mix together the beaten eggs, milk, and dry mustard.
  5. Pour over the mixture and drizzle on the melted butter.
  6. Put in refrigerator overnight.
  7. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  8. Remove egg bake from fridge, let stand for 20 minutes before baking.
  9. Bake for 45 minutes or until cooked.
