- Fry sausage until browned. Drain grease.
- Cut bread into 1" cubes. Put in a 9x12 pan.
- Cover the bread with sausage and cheese.
- Mix together the beaten eggs, milk, and dry mustard.
- Pour over the mixture and drizzle on the melted butter.
- Put in refrigerator overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Remove egg bake from fridge, let stand for 20 minutes before baking.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until cooked.
