- In pan, cook onion in butter, blend in chicken, chilies, cream of chicken soup, sour cream.
- Spread 3 tablespoons chicken mixture into each tortilla. Sprinkle cheese over mixture and then roll up. Place into pan.
- Spread can of enchilada sauce over rollups and sprinkle with more cheese.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
