Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In pan, cook onion in butter, blend in chicken, chilies, cream of chicken soup, sour cream.
  2. Spread 3 tablespoons chicken mixture into each tortilla. Sprinkle cheese over mixture and then roll up. Place into pan.
  3. Spread can of enchilada sauce over rollups and sprinkle with more cheese.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
