Blueberry Freezer Dessert

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix graham crackers, 2 tablespoons sugar, and butter together. Press into bottom of 9x13 pan. Chill for 1 hour or bake at 375º for 7 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour cream mixture over cooled crust.
  3. Cook blueberries, water, 1 cup sugar, cornstarch in pan, stirring occasionally, until mixture boils and thickens. Remove and cool.
  4. Pour cooled blueberry mixture over cream cheese layer. Freeze.
